Fox Run Apartment Complex Improvements
Vantage Properties is in the process of implementing several capital improvement projects throughout the Fox Run complex. Tenants may have noticed that landscape improvements are in progress – approximately 75% of this project is already complete.
A new monument sign is on the way and should be installed within the next two weeks.
In addition, a window and patio door replacement will begin later this week. All windows and doors will be replaced throughout the community.
Just in time for summer, the tennis court renovation is nearing completion. As soon as the weather improves, the courts will get their new surface and striping.
