Edgar has been working for Vantage as a Superintendent for 5 1/2 years. In his tenure he has worked in several Vantage buildings and over the last 3 1/2 months he has worked arduously at 39-89 50th Street. In his first two weeks the tenants of 39-89 50th Street walked into the lobby and complimented Edgar.
“Everything was clean, and freshly painted,” says Edgar Cartagena of his building. Edgar prides himself on his high sense of “responsibility for the tenants, the company and commitment to his job.”
